PolitiFact Florida rates another Rick Scott attack false

Pleading the Fifth 75 times in a single deposition may have helped Rick Scott hide from the law, but it can’t hide his record from Florida voters.  Just look at the Scott rap sheet:

• Scott refuses to disclose a deposition, on fraudulent business practices at his company Solantic, that he gave just 6 days before he announced his candidacy for Governor.

• Scott tries to hide his true net worth and hypocritical investments through misleading financial disclosure reports and won’t release five years of tax returns despite indicating he would.

• Scott hides from journalists to avoid facing tough questions about his record.

The Rick Scott record is one of secrecy and cover-ups.  This site will help Floridians connect the dots on Scott’s pattern of cover-ups because running for governor is not a private matter.
